APPOINTMENT POLICIES:

  • All Deposits are Non Refundable. Only one Rescheduled appointment is permitted in which you can transfer deposit to your new appointment immediately after initial Cancellation. Appointment must be made within 48hrs. 24hrs notification must be given in order to cancel and transfer deposit NO EXCEPTIONS. Once you finalize Booking, You agree and acknowledge our NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY.
  • Those who Choose to Cancel same day as there Booked Appointment will be considered a  No Show. All No Shows will lose their deposits and Banned from Booking Future appointments based upon the stylist discretion.
  • If you must cancel less than 24hrs due to an emergency, you may POSSIBLY be permitted to reschedule  and have your deposit transferred, but at our sole discretion and be ready to reschedule immediately after cancellation (within an hour timeframe)
  • All final payments are accepted in CASH ONLY or CASH APP. and is due immediately AFTER YOUR FOUNDATION IS BRAIDED.
  • Please arrive on time  for your appointment. We allow a 15 minute grace period for tardiness with notice prior to your appointment time. However, any client more  than 15 minutes late will be subject to a $25 late fee and possibly the need to downgrade the level of versatility of your style (to a basic install) to account for the time lost due to lateness. Any client later than 30 minutes may possibly need to reschedule at the discretion of the stylist or pay a $50 late fee.
  • We are a Non Full Service Salon and considered a Braiding shop. In accordance to the law clients Hair and scalp must be washed, conditioned, THOROUGHLY DETANGLED and blow dried prior to your appointment. Hair that is unclean, tangled or matted cannot be styled into our protective styles we provide. If we have to detangle or if your is wet, an up charge of $25 will be assessed. Additionally this may mean you will have to downgrade the versatility of your install to a (basic install) to account for the extra time needed to detangle or dry. Hair that is dirty WILL NOT BE SERVICED, and will result in the need to re-book forfeiting your current deposit. Hair that is wet will incur the same.

FLASH APPOINTMENTS-

  • Flash appointments  are appointments booked within 48hrs of the appointment time. Deposits are FINAL. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NOTIFICATION AND REMINDERS-

  • For all appointments, confirmation and reminders will be sent via email to the email address and phone number provided when booking;
  • First confirmation  will be sent immediately after booking, A Second confirmation will be sent 24 hrs prior to appt with hair, color and any changes.
  • You are Free to Bring your own hair only if hair brand and type is accepted by the stylist. No discount will be given for bringing your own.
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHOOSE THE HAIR FROM OUR HAIR SELECTION AND COLOR. NO CHANGES CAN OR WILL BE MADE AT YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT ONCE YOU ARRIVE. IF YOU DO NOT SELECT A COLOR 1B WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SELECTED FOR YOU.
  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO YOUR RESEARCH ON OUR SITE TO BE SURE YOU BOOK THE CORRECT INSTALL & HAIR THAT WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS.
  • If Hair selection(s) is Not in Stock. We will call/text and Notify you in order for you to make changes needed, whether it be to Reschedule when Hair Selection do become available or to choose another Hair type. In the Event you should have to Cancel we will Refund your deposit because of this. If we cannot contact you in regards to this matter your Appointment may be cancelled and you can reschedule at your earliest convenience.
  • We Book by appointment Only! Walk-ins are Not accepted.
  • Failure to make changes to your appointment 48 hrs prior to your appointment time will result in your appointment being rescheduled to the closest available time frame or when changes requested becomes available. Last Minute changes can also result in Cancellation.
  • Changes Will Not be Accepted During Our High Peak times. MAY- AUGUST.
  • We Reserve the Right to Cancel if necessary.
